Program Breakdowns

Foundations Program

This option offers general training, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, or Bodybuilding specialties. Each with 3 level options (beginner, intermediate, advanced) with 4 weekly sessions (3 mandatory, 1 optional). Session durations vary based on level. Competition prep programs also available upon request.

One Off Personlised Program

This is perfect for those seeking an extra push in the gym without committing to ongoing coaching. The 6-week program allows for repeated training cycles to ensure continued progress. I’ll provide check-ins via email at week 3 and the end of week 6 to address any questions or concerns.

Premium Online Coaching

This service provides comprehensive exercise and lifestyle support for an enhanced experience and faster goal achievement. You will have access to exclusive content (mobility routines, stretching guides, meal prep guides, exercise guides) with the option to request specific content. Ongoing program evaluation keeps you on track if life gets in the way, as the program can be adapted. Unlimited client exercise video analysis also included.

about Coach Malki

Nahir Malki is an Australian champion weightlifter, winning state and national titles. He has also held four Australian records. 

He has trained under Olympian, Ali Azari, and five time world champion Yourik Sarkisian. Nahir has been trained by the best, so he has the knowledge and mastery of technique in the gym.

He learnt that failing is the key to success. By understanding his weaknesses and striving to overcome these he became stronger, more resilient and ultimately more successful.

More importantly, it made him strong of mind. Nahir understands that while the physical adaptations may last from workout to workout, the mental patterns that are built in these sessions can become part of someone’s mindset for life.

As well as years of training experience, Nahir has the following professional certifications:

  • Certificates 3 and 4 in fitness 
  • Certified Powerlifting coach 
  • Certified Weightlifting coach 
  • Certified Strength and conditioning coach 

Thanks to Coach Malki, I’m now working in my dream job as a firefighter. I approached Nahir to train me up to pass the demanding physical entrance test, and he was able to create a unique, fun and highly specific training program in order to get me to the level of fitness I needed.
