I collect personal information primarily to enable me to provide you with fitness services. I may also use the information for marketing to you or for any other purpose permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
You don’t need to identify yourself when you deal with me ( e.g. to find out more about fitness packages) however, in certain situations, I may only deal with you if you identify yourself.
If you purchase services from me, I will ask for personal information so I can provide the requested service. You can decide not to provide personal information, however this may mean that I cannot provide services or products to you.
Personal information is collected from you when you complete the Contact form on this website or when you telephone or email me. I also collect information if you decide to use my services and I ask you to provide information so that I can design a program for you.
Collecting sensitive information
“Sensitive information” in this context means the information you disclosed to me about your physical and mental health and well being. In terms of this policy it is a included within your personal information.
Sensitive information will only ever be used for providing you with services. Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in exceptional cases when disclosure may be required by law or is necessary to protect my rights or property, to protect any member of the public, or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety.

A request may be made to delete personal and/or sensitive information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons. Deletion of information may result in me being unable to provide certain services e.g. providing personalised training programs.
